WHere is an easy interpretation of a drink from the seasonal cocktail list. This is a batch premix that is packed with essence of the holiday season, which makes it ideal for hosting a celebration. Any leftover cordial for morning drinks, puddings, or to mix additional servings of the drink.

Yields 10 people
For the Clementine Cordial (makes 750ml)
300ml newly squeezed clementine juice
200ml fresh lemon juice
500g fine sugar
To make the Drink (makes 850ml, enough for 10)
400ml premium vodka
100ml classic gin
150ml peach schnapps
200ml clementine cordial (from the recipe above)
Whole cranberries, for garnish
Mandarin essential oil, as a final touch
Method
To prepare the Citrus Syrup: Combine the listed items inside a pot, heat until it reaches a gentle boil, stirring to dissolve. Next, turn off the burner allowing it to reach room temperature fully. Transfer to a clean bottle, seal and store chilled, it will last for up to a month.
To make Batch Mix: Combine the specified liquids into one large bottle, allow it to infuse for 60 minutes, then filter it preferably using a fine cloth, so it's fully clarified.
When ready to serve: Add 85ml of your premix into your mixing glass packed with ice, and agitate gently for about 60 seconds to chill. Pour into a chilled martini glass or a similar vessel, garnish with a few cranberries and finish with a brief mist of mandarin oil over the drink.
